Veterans Often Ask
Quick answers to common questions.
Do I need a Medical Records Review before this service?
Yes — a completed Medical Records Review is required before booking a Telemedicine Evaluation, so your provider has your full clinical picture during the exam.
Can telemedicine providers diagnose any condition?
Our Telemedicine team can only diagnose conditions that do not require an in-person physical exam. Currently, we can evaluate for the following conditions via telehealth: Tinnitus, GERD, IBS, Fibromyalgia, Lumbago, Allergic Rhinitis, Radiculopathy, Peripheral Neuropathy, Erectile Dysfunction, Headaches, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Ménière's Disease, Chronic Pharyngitis, Chronic Tonsillitis, Patellofemoral Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, and Skin Conditions. Please contact customer service at 1-888-251-4430 to confirm if your condition qualifies or is not listed above.
Does the Telemedicine Evaluation include a Nexus Letter?
No. The Telemedicine Evaluation Note is an independent medical opinion documenting a diagnosed condition based on your self-report and the clinical evaluation. A Nexus Letter is a separate document linking a diagnosed condition to your military service.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Your Telemedicine Evaluation Note is delivered securely to your patient portal within 7 business days of your virtual visit.
